Buyer, beware! I purchased the eReflect software and was not impressed with my results, so I asked eReflect to honor their money-back guarantee. It took almost two weeks of constant nagging and a total of 19 emails to finally get them to honor their guarantee. They had no intention of fulfilling it and it’s only because I hounded them day-in and day-out that they finally caved. Buy at your own risk (Incidentally, they never honored the "We'll even pay you $50" part of their guarantee. Remember, if it sounds too good to be true — it is).
